Begin with a moment of silence, placing yourself in the presence of God. Put out of your mind the concerns and anxieties of the day. Then, after making your intentions:

Opening Prayers

1. Make the Sign of the Cross. Then, pray The Apostle's Creed.

2. On the first bead pray the Our Father

3. Pray three Hail Marys

4. Between the beads, pray the Glory Be.

5. Announce the 1st mystery (depending on the day) then pray the Our Father.

6. Pray 10 Hail Mary's while meditating on the mystery

7. Pray the Glory Be and the Decade Prayer

The Second Decade

8. Announce the 2nd Mystery (depending on the day) then pray the Our Father
